Not only is our monjayaki very popular, but our okonomiyaki is also a big hit with many customers. The secret to its deliciousness lies in the "Yamatoimo" (Japanese yam) that is carefully grated in-store every day.By incorporating it generously into the dough, it results in an exceptionally light and fluffy texture unlike anything you'll find elsewhere. We offer a wide variety of options, so please enjoy them while they're still hot.
